Weekly Group Meditation

Weekly (online) group meditation practice is one way to foster a regular practice and to interact with the teacher and other students. It not only is an opportunity to meditate together, it's also a space for questions and discussions. Meditation groups are limited to ten practitioners.

 

Currently, two weekly group meditation sessions are offered: Lovingkindness (Wednesday evening, 6-8:30 pm in Eastern Australia) and Brahmvihara - Lovingkindness, Compassion, Sympathetic/Empathetic Joy, and Equanimity (Wednesday evening, 6-8:30 pm in the Eastern United States). If you have a group of friends in Australia or the United States interested in forming a meditation group centred around a different practice, time or day, you are welcome to get in touch with us and we'll endeavour to accommodate you.
