Courses

Akkodha - The Joy of Freedom from Anger - A five week course (1 day a week) in October 2020 on walking the joyful path tp freedom from anger.  Every Thursday In October (1st to the 29th, Five Sessions) 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Participants are encouraged to practice daily lovingkindness meditation for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening throughout the course and to read and contemplate one Sutta (Discourse by the Buddha) a week.  Limited to seven students only.
